Graceful and refined, Parker Estate's brand new Blanc de Noir is made from the classic sparkling variety Pinot Noir. 'Blanc de Noir' translates broadly to 'White from Black' - or white wine from red grapes. This Non-Vintage release is bottle fermented employing traditional methods, then aged on lees for added complexity before disgorging and dosage.
