Parker Estate Cabernet Gin

Premium London Dry Gin made from sixteen botanicals and blended with premium Parker Estate Cabernet.

A base distillate is made in a 3000 litre still of a small amount of Juniper, Coriander, and Angelica along with Black Pepper, Cardamon, Fennel, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Cassia. That base is then re-distilled in the 300 litre still, through four plates, as above with more Juniper, Coriander, and Angelica added as well as the remaining botanicals.

That distillate is then blended with a percentage of a gin distillate with more lifted components (Orange peel, Lemon Verbena, Ginger, cassia) and then rested. This concentrated base is then cut with clean neutral spirit and blended with Parker Estate Cabernet, then cut back to 40% ABV with rainwater.
